Refund & Cancellation Policy

DukaanKit is a software service operated by Arsalan Ahmed, an individual trading as DukaanKit, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). This policy covers payments for DukaanKit subscriptions (POS and CRM plans).

1. Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it or ask us to delete your account at any time.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time by WhatsApp to +91 99165 16507, by email to support@dukaankit.in, or from the account's plan page where that option is shown.
You can also cancel the auto-pay mandate yourself in your UPI app (the Autopay or Mandates section) or with your bank.
Cancellation stops all future automatic charges. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.

3. Refunds

Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled: we refund the extra charge in full.
Payment taken but the plan was not activated (a technical failure on our side): full refund, or we activate the plan, as you prefer.
First payment for a plan: if you ask within 7 days of that first payment and the service did not work for your business, we refund it in full.
Money debited but the payment failed: Razorpay and your bank normally reverse a failed payment automatically within the time RBI sets (usually 5–7 working days). If it is not reversed, or the plan did not start, contact us and we will refund it or activate the plan.
Other renewals already paid are not refunded for unused days; the plan simply runs to the end of the period.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the same payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it; your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5–7 working days.

5. Delivery

DukaanKit is software delivered online. Nothing is shipped; paid features are available right after a successful payment. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
