Shipping & Delivery Policy

DukaanKit is a software service operated by Arsalan Ahmed, an individual trading as DukaanKit, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains how what you buy from us reaches you.

1. Nothing is shipped

DukaanKit plans (POS and CRM) are software, used in the browser, the desktop app and the Android app. We do not send anything by post or courier, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. When you get access

Free plan: available as soon as your shop account is created.
Paid plans: switched on automatically once Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. You see the new plan in the back-office at admin.dukaankit.in.
Apps: the desktop POS (Windows, Mac) and the Android app are downloaded from our download page. Your account works on them right away.

3. If access does not start

If your payment went through but the plan has not switched on within 24 hours, contact us. We will switch it on or refund you, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Printers and other hardware

We do not sell hardware through this website today. If we ever supply a printer or other hardware, it is sold and shipped separately, and the delivery time, charges and returns for it are agreed with you in writing before you pay.
